Hello if you are reading this then recently you’ve made an account on Sic Mugen graphics I’m co-administrator tenchimuyo4ever and I will be teaching you the rules of our site we take our rules very seriously so make sure to throughly read them all, violation of any and all these rules can result in being banned.

#1 We here at Sic graphics do not approve of any form of obscenities if you wish to use them be respectful and blank it out example instead of writing, (IL can kick the shit out of lobo) blank it out using symbols here’s an example (IL can kick the $hi# out of lobo) we personaly use obenscenties in a phrase every once in a while but we never call anyone any obencentie this is frowned upon and whomsoever does can and will be banned as this act is not tolerated.

#2 Rule number two. We make some really neat stuff hear at Sic graphics and sometimes people want to use our impressive art as avatars and signatures and we fully understand that fact but if you feel the need to use anyone’s sprites member or not you must ASK THEIR PERMISSION and if you get permission give them credit for their work. It does'nt take a lot of time just send the member a message and ask for permission to use the sprite if your denied try making your own you might be a little more talented than you know . Commiting this act is extremely frowned upon your first offense you’ll get a warning your second will result in you membership put on suspension and the third will result in having your IP address Banned. If you copy someone’s sprites and use them to make a character without their permission is considered stealing this will result in an immediate ban.

#3 Number three hate topics. Sometimes topics can turn into something ulgy and a lot of times it’s over things that aren’t even topic related but we do not approve of topics have any form of hate speech against any form of country, nation, hometown, religion, sex, minority and especially race and depending on how you commited this offense can result in suspension or an immediate ban so watch what you say and how you say it. This also includes any form of harassment sexual or otherwise.

#4 Many sites have databases and links to other sites and other projects well bad news for you where not other sites, we don’t approve of any form of whining or begging for part of the project or for downloads or links to other sites if that’s what you want go to another site to make your reqests because where not the site that’s going to pamper a bunch of leeches. Make an account to find out more about the project and to make contributions not to leech off us. Any form of leeching can result in a write up three write ups in this category can and will result in a suspension and the fouth time may result in a ban.

#5 This isn’t a big rule but if there is a topic and it’s over two days old don’t revive it unless you have something to add to it besides a comment , it's really ticks people to think that oh my god maybe they finished this character only to find out that someone just made an un-nessary comment that’s not even relevent to the topic and we do not tolerate people intentionaly reviving topics when you do this intentionaly this is taken in account and a repeat offense can lead to a suspension.

#6 The last rule to all you out there that love stealing or creating trouble on other forums this is taken into account when you join. If you have a history of frequently commiting any major offense like stealing , Hate speech, etc on other forums you might be banned the day you make an account so those who don’t have any bad history pat yourselves on the back. Any member that we have documented commiting an offense on any other site that is a member on our site realize your being monitered and commiting any offense once can result in you immediate ban we at Sic graphics don’t like going through the same problems over and over and over again.

Well that concludes the rules and just to tell you the rules can and will be amended at any time. A bulletin will come up informing you all that the rules have been changed or ammended so after these bulletins are posted check back for the new rules list it is your responsibility to keep up with them and there’s very little chance that we won’t take your offense in account just because you did’nt read the rules.
